The fastest way to reach us right now is email. We read every message and try to reply within a few business days; please be patient with us during launch week.
When reporting a calculation issue, the most helpful thing you can include is the URL of the page you were looking at — it encodes the inputs you used, so we can reproduce exactly what you saw.
A contact form is coming
We’re planning to add a hosted contact form here shortly after launch so you don’t need to leave the site to write to us. We’re holding off on shipping one immediately because the form provider needs to clear our content security policy review first — we would rather a working email link than a broken form.
What not to send
Please do not send sensitive personal or financial information (Social Security numbers, full account numbers, or scanned statements) via email. We don’t need it to help you, and email is not a secure channel for it. Stick to descriptions of the issue and a shareable URL of the calculator state.
